What surfaces can I use Cape Cod Polishing Cloths on?
Our cloths are safe and effective for all fine metals including silver, gold, pewter, brass, copper, bronze, nickel, chrome, aluminum, and stainless steel. They are not recommended for use on brushed stainless steel or plated items.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via USPS or UPS generally takes 3-7 business days depending on your location from our Massachusetts warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?

Can I reuse the polishing cloths?
Yes, our cloths are designed to be used until they are completely worn through. Do not wash the cloths, as the specialized cleaning solution is built into the fabric; even if the cloth turns black, it will continue to polish effectively.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused portion of your order for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
How should I store my cloths to prevent them from drying out?
To ensure longevity, always return the cloths to their original foil pouch or the iconic tin after use and seal them tightly. If a cloth does dry out, a few drops of mineral oil can often reactivate the polishing compound.
